Thank you for your interest in signing up for this retreat with SoulscapePK. The following terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the retreat specified in the header of this application form.

By submitting this form you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to ALL of the terms and conditions listed on this page, please do not accept and proceed further with submitting this form. You can contact us via email or social channels if you have any questions/concerns.

All intellectual property rights for all material we create on this retreat/getaway are owned by SoulscapePK and/or its licensors unless otherwise specified. SoulscapePK is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights.

You guarantee and accept the following:

• You are entitled to attend all workshops and trips that are included in this retreat/getaway.

• When sharing online on a public social account, all images, stories, feed posts, and videos taken for yourself during the trip must be tagged or given credit to SoulscapePK.

• Legal repercussions will be imposed if the company is defamed during or after the trip. If you come across any problems and/or grievances, we recommend that you try to settle them through our internal complaints/feedback process first.

• There will be no partial refunds for any/all parts(s) of the retreat if the guest does not attend due to personal preference.

• Once payments have been made, these are non-refundable for any reason outside SoulscapePK's control. Any modifications to the itinerary will be communicated to the participants in advance.

• The term of this agreement begins on the date hereof.
